We are SUPER excited to welcome everyone back to Westpoint Martial Arts Academy, but we must ensure everyone's safety by reinforcing social distancing.
Please carefully read the guidelines below for your safety.
Limited Capacity: There is no longer a waiting room, and all of the chairs have been removed to limit occupancy so parents may walk their children to our entry door, drop off their children or remain inside their vehicles, but will not be allowed inside due to social distancing.
Enter the Building: Students should arrive 5 minutes prior to Martial Arts or Cheer and Girls Tumbling class. If a class is in session, (3) students at a time may stand outside on the lines that's marked (6 ft. distance) across the front of our Academy until all of the students from the previous class have evacuated the building.
Face Coverings: Safety First! Staff, Students, Guests/Walk-ins are required to wear a face covering/mask to enter the building for your protection and others.
Reinforcing Social Distancing (6 FT): Only (2) students will be allowed inside at a time, and (3) students will remain outside on the lines that's marked (6 ft. distance). X marks the spot. Students must practice in their designated area where the X is marked (6 ft. distance).
Evacuate the Building: Only (2) students will evacuate at a time, and the other students will remain in their designated area where the X is marked (6 ft. distance) until their row is called for dismissal.
Cleanliness: We clean the bathrooms, door knobs, tables, chairs, and utilize disinfecting wipes for the mats multiple times a day.
Proper Shoes: If possible, please have your child or children wear sandals or slides (if the weather permits) to speed up the entry and evacuation process.
Dehydration: We don't want anyone dehydrated while training. Students may feel free to bring their own bottled water or purchase one for $1.00.
Early Dismissal: Any student who can't respect and follow the guidelines will be dismissed from class early.
