Little Ninjas/Dragons classes

Westpoint Martial Arts Academy (WMAA) offers a mixed Martial Arts style called PasaRyu (Karate, Taekwondo & Kung-Fu). Classes will consist of emphasis on Korean terminology, proper technique (i.e. stances, kicks & blocks), accuracy & detail. It’ll begin with stretching and warm up exercises. Students will learn basic techniques, forms, sparring, self defense, & individual requirements are taught with a emphasis on speed, balance, & targeting. Students that choose to compete in open tournaments will wear the competition uniform.
