Sparring Equipment

Once a student promotes to a YELLOW belt under the Elite or Masters program, he/she will learn the basic fundamentals of how to defend themselves through sparring and self-defense.

The sparring gear includes the standard headgear, gloves, boots, mouthpiece, case, and personalized duffel bag

Headgear WITH the face shield- Highly recommended (Ages 10 & under)
Shin guards- Highly recommended (ALL Ages)
